Modern Awards

 Under the new Fair Work Australia arrangements, Modern Awards came into effect on the 1st of January 2010.  During the transition period, Community Connection will continue to work under the existing Disability Support Worker's Award.  You may have noticed that there have been some pay increases recently.   There are more increases coming.

Pay increases will come into effect from the week commencing the 25th of January 2010.  Casual hourly rates will increase to: -

Level 3.1 - $23.61

Level 3.2 - $24.11

Level 3.3 - $24.62
